Hi there,
my name is Marta Terrile and I passionately believe that truthful connection with others and ourselves is key to unleash our full potential. I started this website and company not only to support my continuous growth, but also and to help others on their journey to embody the best version of themselves.

I was born and raised in the historical port city of Genoa in Italy, where I also received my academic training that lead to the award of a PhD in “cancer genetics and developmental biology”. A few years ago, I moved to the “emerald isle” (Ireland) to further pursue my career.

With dedication and energy, over time I achieved the professional goals I set for myself. Only then, did I started to comprehend that those achievements were not delivering the happiness, peace and fulfilment I was expecting. Therefore, as any good scientist would do, I carried out my research on the topic and progressively figured out that such sense of joy and contentment can come only from within.

My 15 years in education and mentoring are synergistic to the holistic coaching and NLP training in creating an all-inclusive, engaging and transformational experience for the coachees. I am a member and a credentialed coach of the International Coaching Federation.

Outside my professional life, I frequently enjoy sports, dancing, games, reading, writing, spending time with friends. I also practice daily meditation 🙂
